Soyuz TMA-07M/08M/09M FLOWN official Energyia ISS cover
Article No.: 13302
From the celebrated astrophilatelic collection of Jacques Bracke
A highly desirable official RKK Energia International Space Station–flown cover associated with the overlapping missions of Soyuz TMA-07M to Soyuz TMA-09M—two Soyuz flights that sustained continuous six-person operations aboard the ISS during Expeditions 34, 35, and 36.
The cover is hand-signed by the two complete Soyuz crews:
Soyuz TMA-08M
Pavel Vinogradov — Roscosmos cosmonaut and Expedition 36 Commander
Alexander Misurkin — Roscosmos cosmonaut and ISS flight engineer
Christopher J. Cassidy — NASA astronaut and veteran ISS crew member
Soyuz TMA-08M
Pavel Vinogradow — Roscosmos cosmonaut
Karen Nyberg — NASA astronaut
Luca Parmitano— ESA astronaut
Luca Parmitano, ESA astronaut from Italy is the newly assigned Artemis III pilot.
Soyuz TMA-08M arrived in March 2013 with Vinogradov, Misurkin, and Cassidy, beginning an important Expedition 35/36 transition and demonstrating the accelerated six-hour Soyuz rendezvous profile then being introduced for ISS crew transport.
The Luca Parmitano signature adds striking contemporary relevance. As an experienced ISS astronaut, former Expedition 61 commander, and the first European astronaut assigned to an Artemis crew, Parmitano now represents Europe’s direct participation in NASA’s next chapter of lunar exploration. His role as Artemis III pilot gives this ISS-era cover a notable connection between the long-duration Soyuz generation and the forthcoming Orion missions beyond low Earth orbit.
With official RKK Energia issue, documented ISS flight association, the two complete Soyuz TMA-08M and TMA-09M crews, the added Luca Parmitano autograph, and the distinguished provenance of Jacques Bracke, this is a superb collectible for advanced collections of Soyuz, ISS, ESA, Canadian spaceflight, and Artemis-era astronaut autographs.
