Apollo 11 was launched on July 16, 1969, with the goal of performing the first human Lunar landing. Astronauts Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins and Buzz Aldrin entered lunar orbit on July 19. On the next day, Armstrong and Aldrin began their descent to the Sea of Tranquility and performed the first steps on the Lunar surface. Apollo 11 is truly one of mankind's greatest adventure.

This edition is limited to 25 presentations only. This film fragment was flown to the surface of the Moon!

The source of the surface flown film is Richard Underwood, NASA's chief technician for photo development and processing throughout the Apollo program!
