Mars Dust Necklace - Teardrop Shape

This is a stunning and intriguing Mars dust necklace - It is made with a sample of genuine Mars meteorite dust.

When you realise that this sample was once part of the surface of Mars - you realise how exciting it would be to wear it around your neck!

The meteorite was sourced from SR Meteorites - possibly the most respected collectors of planetary meteorites in the World. The sample is dust collected while cutting a Martian meteorite. This is a chunk of Mars that has been sent flying from the surface of Mars - and after flying around the Solar System for possibly millions of years has ended up falling to Earth.

The meteorite is NWA 4925 - This stone was found in Morocco in 2007 and weighs 282.3 grams. The sample weighs 10 milligrams and has been captured forever in a sealed glass vial and has strung from a lovely 18 inch solid sterling silver curb chain.
