Together with NASA’s Laser Communications Relay Demonstration, it formed the agency’s first two-way, end-to-end laser communications relay system—technology intended to support faster and more efficient communications for future missions to the Moon and Mars.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eCRS-29 was also a notable example of spacecraft reusability. The Dragon capsule was making its second journey to the ISS, having previously flown on the CRS-26 mission.
