The Space Shuttle was the first reusable spaceship in the world. A total of six Space Shuttles were built: Enterprise, Columbia, Challenger, Discovery, Atlantis and Endeavour.

About 1'' triangle swatch of insulation material mounted on a 7x9'' rigid foam board certified on the backside.

Endeavour was the final built orbiter, to replace the destroyed space shuttle Challenger. First launched on May 7, 1992 for mission STS-49. the crew of Endeavour repaired and released a communications satellite back into orbit. Endeavour flew on 25 missions between 1992 and 2011. After her final mission (STS-134), Endeavour was transported to the Califorinia Science Center in Los Angeles.
